As most of you know, we spent Woody's first birthday moving to Wisconsin. We stopped in Muncie along the way and had a mini birthday party at Pizza King. He loved his cake, and shoved as much as he could into his mouth. Once we got to Wisconsin, he and I spent the whole night/morning in the lobby and figured out that he had Fifth's(a viral infection that you just have to let take course). I hope he has a much better second birthday! At least he won't remember being miserable on his big day. He still managed to be his happy self a few days later:
This was our first drive around Madison. We spent the first couple of days in a hotel because we were painting a few rooms in our new house.
Grandma Susie and her grandchildren at Pizza King. Woody was beginning to get sick, but we all just thought he had a long day.
You can see how rosy his cheeks were because of Fifth's, but we all thought he was just not used to the cold weather. He still managed to eat his cupcake!
He had a Concannon's birthday cake since we were on the road. Next year he will get his homemade cake, but this one was still pretty yummy!
